Burnaby is situated on the unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh), and kʷikʷəƛ̓əm (Kwikwetlem) Peoples, and has been stewarded by them since time immemorial. I’m grateful to raise my family in this beautiful place, and to call Burnaby home for over 30 years.
